CYCLICS GETS FINANCING IN GERMANY.(BUSINESS)

SCHENECTADY -- Cyclics Corp. has closed on a $68 million financing deal to complete its first manufacturing plant, currently under construction in Schwarzheide, Germany.

The package includes grants and subsidies from the German state of Brandenburg and the German government, and loans and lines of credit from KfW IPEX-Bank, based in Germany. About a quarter of the money, which also includes working capital, has been put up by Cyclics for its European subsidiary, Cyclics Europe GmbH.
