NSW: Iemma denies calling on Rudd to solve power revolt

The New South Wales Premier says he hasn't called on Prime Minister KEVIN RUDD .. to
help solve an internal party revolt over electricity privatisation plans.

MORRIS IEMMA is facing a likely successful vote AGAINST the sell-off .. from rank and
file members at the State Labor Conference in Sydney this weekend.

The premier's rejected media reports that Labor's powerful national executive will
be called on to ensure a supportive motion is passed.
